These are by no means the only roles available these are just all that I thought
of to put on the page. As for how they're arranged, I'm going to try to arrange them first by gender, and then alphabetically
by faction. This should help, not only in finding a possible role, but in determining what faction it falls under.
Males
Army

provided as well as plain, utilitarian supplies and weaponry. For custom fitting, finer material or detailed weaponry the

one change of clothes may be aquired every four months at no charge. New boots may be had once a year at no charge.
Housing is provided for single men, those who are married (have children) recieve a small

the season, assigned to a newly forming detachment, a commanding officer, housing, and is trained. This training generally
takes 4 months during which the new member will aquire basic weaponry and be trained with it. Further training upon aquiring
full gear is another 2 months after which the detachment is activated. In times of war they would go immediately to battle,

This title can be granted for valor in combat or other service to the king or the kingdom, though is
most frequently granted to nobility or sponsored commoners who have been a page, squire, and passed a test of knighthood for one
of the known orders. It is not inherited nor is any noble title previously held unless the knight is the inheriting son. To be

and to have gained title through service one must tell how and have it approved.

Generally they return just as poor as when they left (this is not a 'get rich' plan for mages).

magics to study.
- Grand Master

Royalty/Nobility
In a feudal society nobles are part of a complex social structure, owing their loyalty to a liege
and, in turn, having vassals and peasants serving under them. Titles are directly connected to a land holding, called a fief
or a direct blood relationship to the monarch. The titles are listed in decending order.
Administration approval is required to play any noble/titled character, irreguardless of the
kingdom from which they derive their title.
- For Nobles whose title derives from Glathnor a character background is needed which includes anything that would be common
knowledge in the realm about the noble and and the lands of that noble. You can state your preference of placement in
the hierarchy, but that does not guarantee the position to you.
- For those who derive their titles from foreign lands we need a proposed background which should include why they are in
Glathnor and some bit of information about the land from which they hail.
- Foreign disposessed or exiled nobles need only provide a proposed background and information about their homeland.
- Dispossessed nobles of Glathnor need to provide background which includes the reasons they were dispossessed.

'Prince Father'

of the work.
Fishers
Women are most often found along the cliffs near the warf cutting shellfish from the rocks
and gathering the fish that collect in the tidepools.
Foresters
This covers those members of the common population who make their living off what is worked from
the forest and used for themselves or traded/sold for goods/monies, or who sell/rent their skills to another for profit. If you
are the spouse of one of these positions you may claim the faction as your own since women generally aid in their husband's
work.
- Woodsmen
- Trappers
- Hunters
Knights
Women may be pages at this time. There is currently no order for women soldiers, knights or guards save
for those who are personal guards hired by private citizens or nobles or perhaps on Pirate ships and mercenary groups.

role is basically that of gopher and messenger for the Knight and Squire.

is a 'commoner' role. So I'm listing it here.
